Clinical Care Manager: Our client is seeking an experienced Clinical Care Manager to lead a dedicated clinical team, driving exceptional standards of care and ensuring residents and clients receive holistic, personalised support. Key Responsibilities of the role: Manage and coordinate care services to deliver the highest standards of care and support. Develop and implement individualised care plans tailored to each client’s unique needs. Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive, person-centered care. Foster strong relationships with clients, families, and team members, supporting residents in achieving their goals. Ensure compliance with all legislation and organisational policies, focusing on quality and safety. Monitor and evaluate care services to drive continuous improvement in quality and efficiency. Requirements about you: Qualifications: Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration. Experience: Proven experience in aged care or a similar healthcare setting. Skills: Strong leadership, organisational, and communication abilities.
